aarthiq provides a platform for the creation, backtesting, and execution of automated trading strategies. The platform routes orders to third-party brokerages integrated by the user. We do not hold client funds or provide financial advice.
3. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Algorithmic execution is subject to software bugs, connectivity issues, and market volatility. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through the use of the Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The arthLang syntax, platform UI, and analytics algorithms are the exclusive property of aarthiq. Users retain full intellectual property rights to the custom strategies they write and deploy on the platform.
